Dr. Bethany L. Van Rooy

"For as long as I could remember I had headaches.  It wasn't until the age of fifteen that I went to a chiropractor about them.  He enabled me to experience what true health is.  I no longer have to take excedrine migraine everyday.  I now take whole food supplements to fuel my body at a cellular level.  I recommend that everyone take at least a multivitamin and an Omega-3 supplement.

I cleanse my body once a year to remove any accumulation of toxins that cause me to become fatiqued.  I also exercise daily, breathe deeply, get adjusted reqularly, get 8 hours of sleep nightly, and I laugh and just enjoy life!  While it sounds like alot to keep up with, true health is like a relationship.  It takes commitment, time, and hard work, but the payoff is so rewarding!"
